Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a double-steady-state pulse relay which comprises a fixed contact, a movable contact, an electromagnetic mechanism, an armature, a push rod, an armature resetting spring and a ratchet mechanism with ratchets. The fixed contact, the movable contact and the electromagnetic mechanism are installed in a shell. A rotating pivot is arranged at one end of the armature. The push rod is connected with the armature in a linkage mode. The relay further comprises a cam mechanism provided with a cam protruding outwards and a moving part. The cam protruding outwards rotates to drive the moving part to move to drive the movable contact and the fixed contact to achieve separating and combining switching. Attraction of the electromagnetic mechanism drives the free end of the armature to rotate around the rotating pivot of the armature so that the push rod can be driven to move and the ratchet can be pushed to rotate by a preset step, and the rotating step of the cam protruding outwards driven by the ratchet is equal to the rotating step of the ratchet. Elastic force of the armature resetting spring drives the free end of the armature to rotate around the rotating pivot of the armature so that the push rod can be driven to move back and forth and reset, and the ratchet keeps a still state while the push rod moves back and forth. Power dissipation is low, the structure is simplified, cost is reduced, and the requirements for integrated and miniaturized large-scale production can be met.
