Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a device for connecting a high-voltage bushing with a high-voltage lead. The device comprises an inner hexagon bolt, a hexagon nut and an electric field intensity improving component. A connection terminal of the high-voltage lead annularly sleeves a screw of the inner hexagon bolt, the hexagon nut is screwed in the screw of the inner hexagon bolt to fasten the connection terminal of the high-voltage lead onto the screw of the inner hexagon bolt, the screw of the inner hexagon bolt extends out of the hexagon nut to be fixedly connected with the high-voltage bushing, the electric field intensity improving component is mounted above the connection terminal of the high-voltage lead and is fastened by the hexagon nut to closely cling to the connection terminal of the high-voltage lead, the head of the inner hexagon bolt is surrounded by the electric field intensity improving component, and the electric field intensity improving component is used for surrounding the head of the inner hexagon bolt, so that corner angles can be prevented for the surrounded portions of the head of the inner hexagon bolt. The device has the advantages that the charge density and the electric field intensity of a joint of the high-voltage bushing and the high-voltage lead can be effectively reduced, accordingly, electric discharge phenomena can be prevented, the service life of the high-voltage bushing can be prolonged, and the safety performance of transformers can be improved. The invention further provides a method for connecting the high-voltage bushing with the high-voltage lead. |
