Zusammenfassung:A forced-oil-circulation, energy-saving and low-noise air-cooled transformer cooling system comprises a cooling frame, a heat dissipation pipe and an air duct, wherein the heat dissipation pipe and the air duct are fixedly connected to the cooling frame, a dustproof silencing net is installed on an air inlet of the air duct, and a fan motor and a water spraying cooling device are installed in the cooling frame. A control circuit module is arranged in a subcontrol box and connected with a first temperature sensor installed on an oil outflow pipe and a second temperature sensor installed on an oil inflow pipe, and the control circuit module is connected with the fan motor and the water spraying cooling device. According to the forced-oil-circulation, energy-saving and low-noise air-cooled transformer cooling system, a new part with the heat-dissipation function and a new heat dissipation mode are adopted, a silencing fan array set which is small in size, light in weight and high in universality and the dustproof silencing net are selected under the condition that it is guaranteed that the heat exchange capacity is not lowered, and the purposes of lowering noise and saving energy are achieved; a functional element is small in size and light in weight and thus can be conveniently maintained in a factory; the water spraying evaporation is added for cooling assistance so that the heat dissipation effect can be achieved.
