The device comprises a waste heat evaporator of the enameling machine, a connecting pipe used for conveying the steam, a first electric valve, a double-container heating tank, a second electric valve, a condenser and a water tank. The double-container heating tank comprises an outer tank for containing the steam and an inner tank for containing enamel liquid, the inner tank is sleeved with the outer tank, and the inner tank and the outer tank form a whole. The inner tank is of an airtight structure, connectors are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the inner tank and connected with an enamel applicator and an enamel pump, and the outer tank and the outer wall of the inner tank are combined in an airtight mode to form a containing cavity capable of containing the steam.
