Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an electromagnetic wire production enamel liquid heating device with waste heat steam of an enameling machine as a heat source. The device comprises a waste heat evaporator of the enameling machine, a connecting pipe used for conveying the steam, a first electric valve, a double-container heating tank, a second electric valve, a condenser and a water tank. The double-container heating tank comprises an outer tank for containing the steam and an inner tank for containing enamel liquid, the inner tank is sleeved with the outer tank, and the inner tank and the outer tank form a whole. The inner tank is of an airtight structure, connectors are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the inner tank and connected with an enamel applicator and an enamel pump, and the outer tank and the outer wall of the inner tank are combined in an airtight mode to form a containing cavity capable of containing the steam. Waste heat of the enameling machine generates steam through the waste heat evaporator of the enameling machine, and then the steam is used for heating the enamel liquid and keeping the temperature of the enamel liquid, so that the device has the advantages being low in production cost and capable of saving energy and preventing the enamel liquid from being carbonized, and the problems that because heating tubes serve as a heat source of an existing enamel liquid electric heating system, the power consumption and the production cost are high, enamel liquid is prone to carbonization and the wire coating effect is poor are solved. |
