The method is characterized in that for a chromatographic column, filler is octyl-silane-bonded silica gel and is 250mm*4.6mm, 5 microns; for the mobile phase, acetonitrile, water and triethylamine are mixed and prepared according to the volume ratio of (130-349):(650-850):(1-20), and pH is regulated to 3.0 by using phosphoric acid; for the elution mode, single-channel isocratic elution is adopted; the flow speed is 0.7ml/min-1.2ml/min; the detection wavelength is 210-270nm; the column temperature is 40 DEG C; the sampling volume is 10mul; a diluting solvent, solution for test products and solution of comparison products are prepared, and are precisely weighed and injected into a high-performance liquid chromatograph to carry out measurement and analysis by high performance liquid chromatography. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high recovery rate, fast detection, strong specificity and high stability.
