The cutting surface (1) is movably installed in the detection region (4) on the detection tool supporting frame (2) and moves in the detection region (4), wherein the movement range of the cutting surface (1) is the same as the width of the counteraction rod round sphere head. The cylindrical pins (5) are moveably installed in holes in the detection tool supporting frame (2). The special tool is easy to manufacture, low in cost, light in weight, quite convenient to carry and use, easy to operate in the using process, and suitable for practical application.
