Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of old chimney transformation, and particularly relates to a method and device for preventing and melting ice on the tube head of an existing old single-tube chimney in a cold area after desulfurization. A steel tube with the diameter equal to the inner diameter of the chimney is additionally arranged on the tube head portion of the original concrete chimney, a recovery tray is arranged at the joint of the steel tube and the original concrete chimney, smoke is exhausted through the steel tube, the recovery tray below the steel tube can recover condensed liquid which is rapidly generated by the damp smoke after the damp smoke encounters cold air, the condensed liquid flows back into the chimney through recovery holes reserved in the recovery tray, and the problem of icing of the tube head of the chimney is solved through waste heat of the smoke without additional energy. Compared with a tube head heat tracing device which is generally used at present, the initial cost is lowered, and the use cost and the maintenance cost are avoided. |
