The main water pipe is provided with a water pump. The middle of the rainwater filtering cover protrudes upwards to form a boss. The periphery of the rainwater filtering cover is provided with an annular filter tank. The open end of the annular filter tank is provided with an annular grid plate. As a result, the park rainwater collecting and processing system has the advantages of being capable of conducting layering filtering, processing and collection on rainwater in a park, saving fresh water resources and lowering the water cost of the park.
