The invention relates to a desilting method and device for a water measuring pipe for urban water logging and belongs to the field of urban water logging monitoring techniques. According to the technical scheme, the lower end of a water measuring pipe upper portion is in butt joint with the upper end of a water measuring pipe lower portion to constitute the whole water measuring pipe, a butt joint (6) is wrapped in a connecting pipe (3), the outer diameter of the water measuring pipe upper portion (1) is equal to that of the water measuring pipe lower portion (2), and the inner diameter of the connecting pipe is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the water measuring pipe; connecting pipe locking devices (4) are arranged on the outer side of the connecting pipe and lock the connecting pipe, and the water measuring pipe upper portion, the water measuring pipe lower portion and the connecting pipe constitute a detachable integrated structure through locking of the connecting pipe locking devices. When sediment is generated at the water measuring pipe lower portion and needs to be cleaned away, the connecting pipe locking devices are opened, and the water measuring pipe lower portion is taken down to be cleaned. The desilting method and device have the advantages that because of the simple structure, the road water logging water measuring pipe is very easy to clean, and reliability of water logging monitoring equipment is enhanced.
