The setting-out device is characterized by comprising a base. The base is provided with a support and a conveying plate arranged below the support. An integrating plate is arranged on one side of the conveying plate. A movable plate is installed on the support. Sliding rails are arranged on the support. The movable plate slides on the sliding rails. The movable plate is connected with placing rods. Carding needles are placed on the placing rods. The setting-out device is reasonable in structure and convenient to use, the needles are arranged densely, and carding is convenient and fast.
