Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the technical field of marine measurement, in particular to a self-elevating connected submersible buoy measuring system. The system comprises a frame, instrument equipment, a buoy component, a cylinder protection device, a balancing weight and a releaser, wherein the cylinder protection device is arranged on the frame; the instrument equipment and the releaser are fixed on the buoy component to form a connected submersible buoy; the connected submersible buoy is arranged in the cylinder protection device, and the releaser is in hooking connection with the frame; the balancing weight is arranged at the bottom of the frame; and the connected submersible buoy automatically upwards floats to the sea surface through unhooking the releaser from the frame so as to obtain marine underwater environment section flow data. The system has the advantages of small size, light weight, low production cost and simple operation, and is suitable for a sea area with the water depth within 1000 m.
