Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a special axle carrier vehicle for taking broken screw taps, and relates to the field of production of axles for railway vehicles. The carrier vehicle comprises a front bracket, a baseplate, four trundles, a back bracket, two L-shaped guide strips, two V-shaped bases, four trundle brake machines, an armrest and a sliding plate, wherein the front bracket is fixed at the front end of the baseplate; the back bracket is fixed in the middle of the sliding plate; the four trundles are respectively fixed in the positions of four corners of the lower end surface of the baseplate; the two L-shaped guide strips are symmetrically fixed at the two sides of the back end of the baseplate, and form a T-shaped groove structure with the baseplate; the sliding plate is inserted in the T-shaped groove, and is in sliding connection with the two L-shaped guide strips and the baseplate; the four trundle brake machines are respectively fixed on the lower end surface of the baseplate; the armrest is fixed at the back end of the baseplate; the two V-shaped bases are respectively fixed at the top ends of the front bracket and the back bracket; and the middle lines of the two V-shaped bases are collinear. The carrier vehicle can easily transport the axles near an electrospark perforating machine, and adopts the perforating machine to crush the screw taps broken in the axle bodies, so that the loss of axle wastes is largely reduced.
