Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a reduction fixator for the department of orthopedics. The reduction fixator mainly comprises a driving alignment mechanism, a driven alignment mechanism, a spicule locking mechanism, a bone nail locking mechanism, several spicules and bone nails. The driving alignment mechanism is mainly composed of a ring I, a ring II, a reinforcing ring and several sets of stretching and pressurizing rods. The driven alignment mechanism is mainly composed of a ring III and several sets of telescoping rods. In the process of operation, the spicules are bit into the two ends of a fractured skeleton respectively at intervals in a crossed mode, the spicule locking mechanism fixes the spicules on the ring I and the ring III respectively, then, the driving alignment mechanism stretches the skeleton, and the two ends of the fractured skeleton are accurately aligned through the functions of telescoping, rotating, transverse moving and angle swinging of the driven alignment mechanism, and the fractured ends are moved, pressurized and locked through the driving alignment mechanism. The reduction fixator can promote skeleton growth and enable a patient to be cured quickly by utilizing the moving and pressurizing functions, and shorten the operation time through quick, flexible and accurate alignment of the driven alignment mechanism; the reduction fixator is easy, convenient and quick to operate, stable and reliable. |
