If the interior temperature of the oven body is out of standard, the temperature sensor transmits a signal to the data processor; the data processor processes the signal and transits the signal to the control device; the control device starts the electric heating wire power adjusting system to adjust the temperature of the oven body; the power of the electric hating wire is lowered, thus temperature of the oven body is reduced.
