Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a video processing method, device and system, wherein the video processing method, device and system are used for a host side and used for improving the video transcoding efficiency and balancing and controlling the final code rates of all videos. The method includes the steps of obtaining a video file to be transcoded, obtaining an assisting side marked in an idle state, determining the target code rate of the video file to be transcoded, sending the video file to be transcoded and the target code rate to the assisting side, and marking the assisting side in an occupied state, and receiving the transcoded video file sent by the assisting side, wherein the assisting side is used for converting the code rate of the video file to be transcoded into the target code rate.
