The invention provides a reversing device of a horizontal-axis wind turbine. The reversing device is composed of copper brush support columns, copper brushes, spring pieces, copper brush support brackets, a copper brush supporting seat, a sliding ring support column, a lining and conducting rings. The lining and the conducting rings are integrated, so that firmness and fixity in connection are ensured; a cylindrical ball bearing is arranged at the bottom of the sliding ring support column and used for supporting the wind turbine, a conical ball bearing is arranged at the upper end of the sliding ring support column to disperse force of the wind turbine to the periphery of the support column, and accordingly force of gale on the windward side of the wind turbine is avoided effectively; besides, by the two bearings arranged on the sliding ring support column, the wind turbine can freely rotate along a base.
