The invention discloses a magnetic-head assembly device of a POS (point of sale) machine. The magnetic-head assembly device is used for reading magcard information and comprises a supporting structure fixedly arranged on a POS machine body, an elastic-piece structure arranged on the supporting structure and a magnetic head fixedly arranged on the elastic-piece structure and used for reading the magcard information, two ends of the elastic-piece structure are movably connected to two ends of the supporting structure through stop screws, convex-point supporting structures are arranged at two ends, connected with the supporting structure, of the elastic-piece structure, and the elastic-piece structure contacts with two end points of the supporting structure through the convex-point supporting structures at two ends of the elastic-piece structure. Compared with an existing product, the magnetic-head assembly device has the advantages of good card reading performance, less proneness to torsion and deformation, long service life and the like.
