Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an angle control system for an angle-of-attack mechanism. The angle control system comprises an angle control upper computer, an angle control cRIO (compactRIO) real-time controller, a displacement sensor, an electrohydraulic servo valve, a hydraulic master electromagnetic valve and a power source. The angle control cRIO real-time controller is connected with the angle control upper computer, the displacement sensor, the electrohydraulic servo valve and the hydraulic master electromagnetic valve and is used for controlling the hydraulic master electromagnetic valve to open or close a hydraulic oil circuit of a driving servo hydraulic cylinder of the angle-of-attack mechanism; the angle control cRIO real-time controller is further used for acquiring an actual angle value of the angle-of-attack mechanism according to data outputted by the displacement sensor, acquiring an angle difference of the angle-of-attack mechanism according to the actual angle value of the angle-of-attack mechanism and an angle operating target value of the angle-of-attack mechanism, and according to the angle difference, controlling the electrohydraulic servo valve to change the actual angle value of the angle-of-attack mechanism to the angle operating target value of the angle-of-attack mechanism. The angle control system has the advantages that the demand of the angle-of-attack mechanism for angle control can be met, high-performance real-time closed-loop control is available, and the demand for high speed and high precision of angle positioning control is met. |
