Special solution for corrosion of metallographic phase of high-Cr ferritic heat-resistant steel, as well as preparation method of solution

The invention relates to a special solution for corrosion of metallographic phase of a high-Cr ferritic heat-resistant steel. The solution comprises ferric chloride, 36-38wt% hydrochloric acid and distilled water at use amount ratio of 1g:8mL:20mL; a preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, grinding the ferric chloride into fine powder with the particle size of 30-40 meshes; then adding the fine powder type ferric chloride into the 36-38wt% hydrochloric acid to be thoroughly dissolved, and finally adding the distilled water to obtain the solution; the prepared special solution for the phase corrosion is used for the metallographic phase analysis of the high-Cr ferritic heat-resistant steel. The special solution and the preparation method thereof have the advantages that the materials for preparing the special solution for the corrosion are common, the preparation method of the solution is easy, simple and convenient to operate, the corrosion effect is good, the successful rate is high, and the operation of research in a laboratory and a factory is facilitated.
