The invention relates to a calculating method for a rotation angle of a vibrating head of a vibrator. A technical problem to be solved is to provide a method for accurately measuring the rotation angle of the vibrating head. According to a technical scheme adopted by the invention to solve the technical problem, the calculating method for the rotation angle of the vibrating head of the vibrator comprises the following steps: fixing a pulling wire of a pulling wire displacement sensor on the vibrating head, and fixing a sensor main body of the pulling wire displacement sensor on a non-rotation part of the vibrator; measuring the diameter of the vibrating head and calculating the perimeter D of the vibrating head; after the vibrating head rotates, measuring the pulling wire movement amount L by virtue of the pulling wire displacement sensor, and outputting a length electric signal V in direct proportion with the pulling wire movement amount by virtue of the pulling wire displacement sensor; collecting the length electric signal V output by the pulling wire displacement sensor by virtue of a data acquiring processing module, converting the length electric signal V into the current rotation length of the vibrating head according to a formula (V*D)/L, and then calculating the current rotation angle sigma=(L*360 degrees)/D of the vibrating head according to the formula (L*360 degrees)/D. The calculating method for the rotation angle of the vibrating head of the vibrator, disclosed by the invention, is suitable for measuring the rotation angle of the vibrator.
