A valve body is cylindrical; a water inlet is formed in the left side of the valve body and connected with a water outlet; the junction of the water inlet and the water outlet is connected with an inner chamber in the valve body; a connecting block is sleeved by the inner chamber; a spring C is arranged between the connecting block and the interior of the water inlet; a fixing buckle is arranged on the connecting block; the connecting block is connected with a blocking valve; a baffle is arranged in the inner chamber and connected with a clamping block through a spring A in which an oil inlet A is formed; a spring B is arranged between the baffle and the blocking valve; a fixing block on which an oil inlet B is formed is sleeved by the inner chamber; the position of an oil outlet corresponds to that of the oil inlet B; a slide block is sleeved by the fixing block; an electromagnet is arranged at the right side of the fixing block; an electromagnet regulator is arranged at the right side of the electromagnet. Through adoption of the oil-water mixing ratio regulating valve, the oil-water mixing ratio can be automatically regulated, so that manpower is saved, the oil-water mixing ratio is more accurate and the production efficiency can be greatly improved during production.
