According to the automobile transmission provided by the invention, a gearbox shell and a clutch shell are integrally designed, and the structure is compact; the max input torque is 180 N.m, and the vehicle type matching of transverse engine mounting is met; a gear selecting mechanism and a gear shifting mechanism are integrally designed, a most novel integrated integration design is adopted, meanwhile, a gear selecting and shifting positioning pin is added, and the suction sense and the rhythm sense of gear shifting are enhanced; full synchronizing of forward gears is realized, and six-gear manual operation of overgears is realized; a tri-cone ring synchronizer is used by a gear I and a gear II, a gear III is designed by adopting a double-cone synchronizer, and the gear shifting can be more convenient; the assembly cleanliness is limited to be not greater than 120 mg, the service life can be longer, and the comprehensive assembly transmission efficiency is not less than 94%. |
