Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a novel activity detection method for recombinant human interleukin-12 (rhIL-12). Research is carried out by adopting carrying out a method of PHA (phytohemagglutinin) incubation on PBMCs (peripheral blood mononuclear cells) in advance, namely PHA activation on PBMCs is added in the original method. Through methodology validation, the new biological activity detection method is good in repeatability and good in cell detection precision of intra-batch and inter-batch detection, detection operated by different experimenters and detection on different people, and the average variable coefficient is less than 30%. Compared with the original method, the method is free of obvious difference in the biological activity detection results of the same sample. The method is characterized in that the testees do not need to be strictly screened, and the method is of universality and can be used for replacing the original method for detecting the in vitro bioactivity of rhIL-12.
