Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical industry wastewater (sewage) treatment, and particularly relates to an activated sludge culture acclimatization method for chemical industry wastewater treatment. The acclimatization method is implemented in a way that: activated sludge of a wastewater treatment biochemical section is selected as the culture acclimatization object; in the acclimatization process, a continuous water inlet-water outlet mode is adopted, wherein the temperature is controlled at 30-37 DEG C, and aeration is continuously performed to keep the dissolved oxygen at 2-5 mg/L; the hydraulic retention time is controlled at 8-24 hours, the pH value is 6-8, the CODcr (chemical oxygen demand) concentration is 300-600 mg/L, and the oil content is 10-30 mg/L; in the acclimatization period, a biological antidote-bioactive phosphorus mixed solution is continuously added, wherein the biological antidote and bioactive phosphorus are mixed in a ratio of 1:1 and diluted with water by 10-20 time, and the mixed solution is continuously and dropwisely added from the water inlet end of the biochemical section; and when the activated sludge settling ratio (SV30) is 20-40% and the removal ratio of CODcr reaches the discharge standard, the acclimatization is finished. |
