Cigarette material level detection device of cigarette packing machine

The invention relates to a cigarette material level detection device of a cigarette packing machine. The device comprises a frame, a return sensor, a material level swing plate, a conveying motor, a cigarette material level chamber, an upper conveying belt and a lower conveying belt, wherein an inlet is formed in one side of the upper end of the cigarette material level chamber; the upper end and the lower end of the inlet are respectively adhered to a corresponding end of each of the upper conveying belt and the lower conveying belt; an outlet is formed in the lower end of the cigarette material level chamber; the material level swing plate is arranged beside the outlet; the upper end of the material level swing plate and the inner wall of the cigarette material level chamber are in clearance fit; a rotating shaft is arranged at the lower end of the material level swing plate; the tail end of the rotating shaft is arranged in a shaft hole in the cigarette material level chamber in a hinged way; a tension spring connecting rod is arranged in the middle section of the rotating shaft; a spring is connected with one end of the tension spring connecting rod; the other end of the spring is connected with the frame; a countersunk screw is arranged at one tail end of the rotating shaft and is connected with the return sensor; both the return sensor and the conveying motor are electrically connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) system. The device prevents cigarettes from being extruded, and has the characteristics of simple structure and convenient implementation.
