Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a reverse monitoring device which comprises a laser, an image acquisition device, a reverse prompting device and a processor, wherein the laser is used for emitting laser to position behind a vehicle; the image acquisition device is used for acquiring images in a pre-set visual angle behind the vehicle; laser emitted by the laser covers a zone corresponding to the pre-set visual angle; the reverse prompting device is used for prompting the driver to know the distance between the vehicle and an obstacle or low-lying pavement behind the vehicle; the processor is used for judging whether the obstacle or low-lying pavement exists behind the vehicle or not according to the image formed by the laser; when the judging result shows that the obstacle or low-lying pavement exists, the processor is used for calculating the distance between the vehicle and the obstacle or low-lying pavement behind the vehicle according to the image formed by the laser on the obstacle or low-lying pavement, and used for controlling the reverse prompting device to prompt the driver. The reverse monitoring device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for judging whether the obstacle or low-lying pavement exists behind the vehicle or not effectively, so as to improve the safety of the vehicle. The invention further provides the vehicle.
