A procedure of agitating again is additionally arranged before grouting, a procedure of adjusting and adding foam cement additives such as an accelerator is arranged behind, and by the coation of agitation of the agitating mechanism of the grouting bucket and pneumatic agitation of the booster air pump, the setting time of foam cement is prolonged, the urgency of a grouting procedure is relieved, and the grouting procedure is high in flexibility and controllability; the grouting valve can be integrally lifted or descended by the lifting electric cylinder so as to adapt to bricks in different sizes; the grouting machine adopts a vertical structure and is compact in layout and the production land occupation is reduced.
