Screw locking-attaching pipe manufacturing system and operation method thereof

The invention discloses a screw locking-attaching pipe manufacturing system, which comprises a host, a control unit, an electric screw driver and a permanent seat, wherein the control unit is controlled by the host, the control unit is provided with a processor, an electric pressure measuring module, a power socket and a lamp signal control module, the power socket supplies power to the electric screw driver, and the permanent seat is provided with multiple indicating lamps electrically connected with the lamp signal control module. Therefore, the control unit can sequentially switch on the indicating lamps by the lamp signal control module, and then guide operators to carry out a screw locking-attaching operation by using the electric screw driver, and detect the voltage change of the electric screw driver so as to judge whether the screw locking-attaching operation is qualified, thereby maintaining the operation quality consistency of the manufacturing process.
