A device in which a power source line (power source cable) (58) is wired from a relay box (50) to an electrical actuator (34) for a foot support panel (26) and an electrical actuator (31) for a back support panel (22), and power is supplied through same, wherein, in the relay box (50), the electrical actuator (31, 34) selected by means of an insertion socket (50a, 50b) is electrically driven.
