The invention relates to a video message leaving system and terminal and a realization method thereof. The video message leaving terminal comprises an input unit, an audio acquisition unit, an image acquisition unit, storage unit with storage of identity information of a leaving message receiving object and a processing unit. The processing unit comprises a leaving message object confirmation module which is used for confirming the receiving object receiving a message of a message leaving user; a leaving message acquisition module which is used for controlling the audio acquisition unit and the image acquisition unit to acquire leaving message information of the message leaving user; a correlation module which is used for establishing the correlation between the leaving message receiving object and the acquired leaving message information; and a leaving message sending module which is used for sending the acquired leaving message information and the established correlation to a network server. According to the video message leaving terminal, the leaving message information including user expression images is acquired by utilizing the audio acquisition device and the image acquisition device so that expressions of the message leaving user can be viewed when the leaving message receiving object receives the leaving message information.
