The method for presenting the auxiliary dialing information comprises the following steps of when a telephone number, input by a user, of an automatic voice telephone system is received, making a call to the automatic voice telephone system to receive voice information which is sent by the automatic voice telephone system and is associated with the call; retrieving a number library by utilizing the telephone number to inquire graded key description information matched with the telephone number; when the graded key description information matched with the telephone number is inquired, presenting the graded key description information to the user so as to guide the user to operate according to the presented graded key description information. Thus, the problems that the user cannot hear clearly, cannot remember and falsely operates when using the automatic voice telephone system are avoided, and a more intuitive and rapider experience is provided for the user.
