Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an EHV (Extra High Voltage) startup power supply control device, which comprises a controller die and an EHV startup die. The controller die is powered by an operational power supply to operate, and the maximum operational voltage of the operating power supply is tens of volts. The EHV startup die has an EHV adhesive pad which can withstand input voltage of hundreds of volts. The EHV startup die charges the operational power supply in a startup program of the power supply control device, and is in an open-circuit state approximately in a normal operating program of the power supply control device. The controller die and the EHV startup die are packaged in a multi-chip module.
