The employment matching system comprises a browser, an application server and a database sever, wherein the browser is used for receiving data information of an object to be matched and providing related information to the object to be matched to be browsed; the application server comprises a data digging module and a related controller; the database sever comprises a member information general base, a matching information base and an interest preference module. According to the employment matching system, rapider, more practical and more stable manpower resource match is realized so that the service efficiency of a manpower resource service network is improved, the optimizing configuration of resources is realized and social resources are sufficiently utilized.
