The method includes: receiving and storing at least one virtual application request, including query condition, request quantity and time range information of at least one directional dimension; receiving a first selection command for the virtual application requests stored; according to data of network media information storage, calculating a maximum daily pre-orderable storage, meeting query conditions of the virtual application requests, in a time range of the virtual application requests which the first selection command selects; according to the request quantity of the virtual application requests selected by the first selection command and the maximum daily pre-orderable storage obtained, distributing the daily storage in the time range of the virtual application requests.
