Failure prediction method and device

The invention provides a failure prediction method and device. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring first historical information of the system, and matching the first historical information in an early warning rule set; when the first historic information is matched successfully, generating an early warning command; responding the early warning command, and acquiring second historical information of the system, which comprises the first historical information; matching the second historical information in a warning removal rule set which comprises corresponding relation between the historical information and the system failure-free state; when the second historical information is matched successfully, generating a warning removal command, and determining that the early warning command is void. Through the adoption of the failure prediction method and device disclosed by the invention, the accuracy of failure prediction is increased.
