Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a touch panel and a testing method thereof. The touch panel comprises a touch sensor, a shielding layer and plural conducting foils; the shielding layer is arranged on the touch sensor in an insulating mode; the plural conducting foils are arranged on the shielding layer surface which is far from the touch sensor with intervals through anisotropic conductive adhesive; any two conducting foils, the anisotropic conductive adhesive and the shielding layer are in tandem connection to form into a signal patch. The touch panel can effectively screen the touch panel which is poor in shielding performance by detecting and judging the electrical characteristic of the signal patch and enables the produced touch panel to be stable in anti-interference capability.
