The invention relates to a neutron detection tube with improved anode wire seismic performance and neutron detection equipment, and particularly provides the neutron detection tube. The neutron detection tube comprises a cathode tube, an anode wire, an insulating sleeve and an extension spring, wherein an axially extending tube cavity is defined in the cathode tube, and the inner wall of the tube cavity is provided with a neutron sensitive material; the anode wire axially extends in the tube cavity of the cathode tube; a part of the insulating sleeve is axially inserted into one end in the cathode tube in an air-tight seal manner; a first central inner hole which leads to the tube cavity of the cathode tube is defined in the insulating sleeve; a main body of the extension spring is arranged in the first central inner hole; one end of the anode wire is fixed to an axial inner end of the extension spring; an axial outer end of the extension spring extends outward axially in the form of a head extension wire to pass through the insulating sleeve to serve as an anode lead-out wire; the extension spring is arranged in the mode that the anode wire is kept in a tensed state all the time in the tube cavity of the cathode tube. The invention also provides the neutron detection equipment. The neutron detection equipment comprises at least one neutron detection tube and an array combination device for combining the neutron detection tube.
