By adopting the convenient and fast way that a local high-strength electromagnetic field is obtained in the vacuum environment in a reflecting surface focusing manner, the power requirements on the microwave source can be effectively lowered, and the weight and construction cost of a system are greatly reduced, so that the device can be applied to atmosphere breakdown, equipment protection and reinforcement experiment under the action of a strong field.
