Backlight module

A backlight module comprises a backboard, a light guiding plate, a first stopping block and a light source, wherein the backboard is provided with at least one first guiding block; each first guiding block is provided with a first guiding inclined plane; the light guiding plate is arranged on the backboard and is provided with a light exiting surface, a back surface, a first side edge, a light entering side edge and at least one second guiding block; the light exiting surface is opposite to the back surface; the first side edge is connected with the light exiting surface and the back surface; the second guiding blocks are positioned on the first side edge; each second guiding block is provided with a second guiding inclined plane; each second guiding inclined plane is abutted to the corresponding first guiding inclined plane; the first stopping block is fixed on the backboard; the light guiding plate is abutted to the first stopping block; the light source is fixed on the backboard and faces the light entering side edge; and the first stopping block stops the light guiding plate from moving towards the direction of the light source along the first direction parallel to the light exiting surface. The backlight module has high light exiting efficiency.
