Shifter mechanical lock transmission device and shifter

The invention discloses a shifter mechanical lock transmission device which is mounted on a shifter and comprises an unlocking rotation rocker arm, a transmission rod and an electromagnetic valve, wherein the upper end of the transmission rod penetrates through a panel of the shifter; the lower end of the transmission rod is propped against the unlocking rotation rocker arm; the electromagnetic valve comprises a piston arranged in a valve body; the piston rod of the piston is connected with the unlocking rotation rocker arm; the piston rod moves in a reciprocating manner inside the electromagnetic valve according to rotation of the unlocking rotation rocker arm. When the unlocking rotation rocker arm rotates downwards in clockwise when being subjected to the force of the transmission rod, the piston rod moves into the valve body to open the electromagnetic valve to unlock; when the unlocking rotation rocker arm returns upwards in counterclockwise, the piston rods move to an opposite direction; the unlocking rotation rocker arm is rotationally arranged on a rocker arm rotating shaft and is positioned at the lower end of the transmission rod, and the rocker arm rotating shaft is arranged on the shifter. The invention further discloses a shifter which comprises the shifter mechanical lock transmission device.
