Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a shear damping vibration reduction device and system for a rotor. The vibration reduction system comprises a direct current power supply, wherein the direct current power supply is connected with magnet exciting coils on vibration reduction device iron cores for adjusting the current of the magnet exciting coils; the vibration reduction device is mounted on an experiment table, magnetofluids in casings supply shear damping to vibrating stress pieces; an output shaft of the motor is connected with one end of the rotating shaft through a coupler, the other end of the rotating shaft penetrates through a through hole in the center of a T-shaped bracket, electrical vortex sensors are mounted on the rotating shaft in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction respectively, and vibration displacement signals acquired by two electrical vortex sensors are transmitted to a computer by a conditioning unit and a data acquisition unit. The shear damping vibration reduction device is used for vibration damping of the rotating shaft with adoption of characteristics of large shear yield stress, low power supply voltage, excellent temperature stability and the like and can be applied to the field of vibration reduction for rotors of a mechanical system, the vibration amplitude of the rotor is effectively reduced, damage caused by vibration is reduced, and the service life of the machine is prolonged. |
