The invention relates to a fastening clamp for a web side formwork of a stiffened concrete beam. The fastening clamp comprises a plurality of clamp units, wherein each clamp unit consists of a left/right side rod, split bolts, nuts and stop collar rods, grooves are formed in the rod ends of one sides of the left/right side rods, a plurality of holes for threading the split bolts are formed from the middle sections of the left/right side rods to the rod sections on the other sides at an equal interval, the groove rod sections of the left/right side rods are attached to the web side formwork of the stiffened concrete beam, the split bolts are threaded through the middle sections and the tail sections of the left/right side rods, the stop collar rods are arranged on the split bolts at the tail sections in a sleeving way, the nuts of the split bolts in the middle sections of the left/right side rods are tightened, and the web side formwork of the stiffened concrete beam is tightly clamped by the left/right side rods. The fastening clamp has the advantages that the traditional fastening mode of forming the holes in the web of the steel beam and threading the split bolts is replaced by the product, the problems that the inaccurate alignment of formwork holes on the two sides of the beam causes difficult construction and repeated formwork hole forming are effectively solved, and the concrete molding quality is ensured.
