A sand surface meter for reflecting sand falling speed and a pressure sensor for reflecting pressure in the casing pipe are further arranged in the pile casing pipe, the sand falling speed and the pressure in the casing pipe can be mutually associated through an electrical control system, the sand falling speed can be stable, and automatic construction degree and construction efficiency are high.
