Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a self-lubricating valve guide pipe alloy material and a preparation method thereof. The alloy material consists of the following elements in percentage by weight: 70 to 85 percent of Fe, 7 to 11 percent of Zn, 1 to 2.5 percent of lanthanum-cerium misch metal, 0.5 to 2.5 percent of Pd and the balance of inevitable impurities. The preparation method comprises the following operating steps of weighing the Fe, the Zn and the Pd according to a formula and sequentially putting the Fe, the Zn and the Pd into a medium-frequency induction furnace; after the Fe, the Zn and the Pd are molten, adding the lanthanum-cerium misch metal for pre-smelting alloy; adopting a spray forming device, melting the alloy again and performing supersonic airflow spray deposition to obtain the self-lubricating valve guide pipe alloy. The alloy material and the preparation method have the beneficial effect that a valve guide pipe prepared from the alloy material has the advantages of self-lubrication, high fatigue strength, high wear resistance and long service life.
