Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an anti-attrition material which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10-20% of molybdenum disulfide, 40-50% of graphite, 5-15% of graphene, 10-20% of triphenyl thiophosphate and 5-25% of titanium white. The graphite fills and restores the rough metal surface, and performs the anti-attrition function; the triphenyl thiophosphate enhances the attrition resistance, prevents oxidation, and has the function of keeping the whole system stable; the molybdenum disulfide is suspended in grease under the action of the graphene, forms a cover film on the metal surface and has extreme pressure resistance; and even if the generated film is attrited, the suspended molybdenum disulfide can be continuously supplemented to the attrited metal surface, thereby performing the anti-attrition and lubrication functions and also performing the functions of energy saving, environment protection, acceleration, extreme pressure attrition resistance, oxidation resistance and the like. |
