The automatic medicine fetching device comprises a box, a control chip in the box, a medicine fetching mechanism and a medicine storage mechanism; the medicine fetching mechanism comprises a medicine fetching arm, a suction nozzle arranged on the medicine fetching arm and a first driving mechanism, the medicine storage mechanism comprises a dial, a plurality of medicine storage houses arranged on the dial and a second driving mechanism, the control chip can control the second driving mechanism to drive the dial to rotate to turn one of the plurality of medicine storage houses to a medicine fetching position, control the first driving mechanism to drive the medicine fetching arm to rotate after one of the plurality of medicine storage houses reaches to the medicine fetching position to enable the suction nozzle to extend into the medicine storage houses of the medicine fetching position to suck up pills.
