Pull overload protector for soybean oil pull-press

A pull overload protector for a soybean oil pull-press comprises a motor, a reduction case, a screw, a nut push bar and a control mechanism. An output shaft of the reduction case is provided with a sliding sleeve; the sliding sleeve and the output shaft of the reduction case are peripherally fixed and axially and slidably connected; two ends, extending out of the sliding sleeve, of the output shaft are sleeved with a first spring and a second spring which act on the sliding sleeve, respectively; the control mechanism comprises a shell, a switch holder and a connecting shaft; the shell fixedly sleeves the sliding sleeve; the switch holder sleeves the outside of the shell; one end of the connecting shaft is fixedly connected with the end of the shell; the other end of the connecting shaft is connected with the screw; the switch holder is provided with an opening admitting passage of the connecting shaft; the connecting shaft is provided with a shifting structure; the switch holder is provided with an electronic control structure. The pull overload protector is simple in structure, convenient to mount and lower in cost; the control mechanism functions in protecting a motor and preventing overload, thus ensuring equipment safety and oil yield.
