Chitosan gynecological gel and preparation method thereof

The present invention discloses a chitosan gynecological gel, which comprises, by weight, 0.5-10% of a water-soluble chitin derivative, 0.01-0.5% of a guanidine antibacterial agent, 0.5-10% of a lubricating agent, 0.05-5% of a thickening agent, and the balance of purified water. According to the present invention, the chitosan gynecological gel does not require addition of the acidifying agent so as to simplify the process step, the guanidine antibacterial agent is added and the synergetic effect of the guanidine antibacterial agent and the water-soluble chitin derivative is adopted so as to achieve the long acting antibacterial effect, the treatment effect is good, no harm is produced on the body, and the body can not produce drug resistance during the use process.
