Blood activating and skin moistening bath foam

The invention discloses bath foam in which Chinese herbal medicinal ingredients are added. The bath foam can have blood activating and skin moistening effects. The bath foam comprises the Chinese herbal medicinal ingredients and bath foam substrates; the bath foam substrates comprise monolaurin sodium sulfate, sodium fatty alcohol ether sufate, polyving akohol, ethanolamine, cocinic acid gloycol amine, glycerin and deionized water; the Chinese herbal medicinal ingredients comprise 4 parts of an extract from angelica sinensis, 3 parts of an extract from wild ginseng, 2 parts of an extract from clove leaves, 1 part of a tangerine peel extract, 0.5 part of a radix stemonae extract, and 2 parts of an extract from borneol; and the weight ratio of the Chinese herbal medicinal ingredients to the bath foam substrates is 1:40.
