Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of glassware and aims to provide a producing method for a safe glass cup not easy to fall off. The producing method comprises the following steps: a, heating glass to 1,500 to 2,000 DEG C and enabling the glass to be changed into liquid; b, performing impurity removal on molten glass obtained in the step a and then pouring the molten glass into a high-temperature-resisting grinding tool containing a plurality of holes with the same sizes as the cup bottom sizes; c, pouring the molten glass obtained in the step a into a grinding tool casing pipe with each cup body length and a concave part to obtain a plurality of continuous glass cup bodies, wherein a concave part is arranged at the middle of each cup body; d, completely scraping the molten glass at hole openings in the grinding tool in the step b by using a high-temperature-resisting flat plate scraper when the molten glass uniformly flows to fill the holes; e, sticking a layer of high-temperature-resisting explosion-proof membrane to the outer wall of a glass tube prepared in the step c, and then cutting the glass tube according to the preset cup body size. According to the cup produced by the producing method, after the glass cup is broken, hands are prevented from being punctured when broken pieces are swept, and the injury is avoided; the labor cost is greatly reduced; a concave arc at the middle of the cup not easy to fall off is uniform; the producing method is suitable for batch production. |
